Conference Audio

High quality, intelligible audio with coverage for all delegates is vital for conference delivery, and our speaker packages can be scaled to suit your conference and meeting needs.

Projectors & TV

Our Barco, Canon and Panasonic HD projectors from 3000 – 20,000 ANSI lumen are supplied with a range of lenses for all applications. We also stock HD and 4K TVs flightcased with Unicol stands or trolleys in sizes up to 70”.

Wireless Mics & RF

Our Sennheiser radio inventory includes wireless microphones, in-ear monitoring and antenna distribution systems. We also provide licensing and bandwidth management to ensure flawless audio.

Staging

Using our Stagedex and Litedeck modular staging stock, we can build stage platforms in a range of configurations. Our stage platforms are regularly sanded and painted to maintain a high quality finish and can be carpeted, if preferred.

Set Design & Construction

Our design and fabrication department can create bespoke conference sets to suit your brand, from simple screen surrounds to creative custom designs. Speak to one of our team to discuss your design ideas.

LED Screen

From 3-6mm and in scalable sizes, our high resolution LED screen is perfect for marketing, advertising and presentations. We use the latest in Novastar technology to create a flawless image and can integrate LED screen seamlessly into a range of stage sets.

We facilitate professional live streaming using our Blackmagic video distribution equipment, media servers and switchers. We can also facilitate streaming from remote locations, your own premises or in a purpose built studio.
