Our Process
Our five stage project approach has been developed to help us utilise our team to their full potential. The process is overseen by one of our experienced project managers and ensures the project is successfully delivered and meets the customer's needs and budget.
Concept
At concept, stage ideas are shared and we work with the client to develop a brief and understand how we can assist.
Consultation
We then consult with the client to develop plans and discuss the best approach to the project. We also agree on a budget at this stage.
Design
Using CAD, we are able to produce a lifelike visualisation of the event for the client to visualise, as well as technical drawings for our engineers.
Solutions
Our team then works on technical and logistics solutions for the project or event, led by our project manager throughout.
Delivery
The final stage is the seamless delivery of the event, utilising our rental resources, engineers, crew and sub-contractors.
CAD visualisation allows us to bring a performance to life long before the first truck leaves the warehouse.
We have the ability to produce accurate renders of production designs, as well as detailed technical drawings and site plans in advance. This means programming can be undertaken in the comfort of the office. It also gives designers, artists and clients the ability to collaborate on creative ideas long before prep takes place in the warehouse next door.Bespoke fabrication and manufacturing
We can produce custom parts, products and scenic pieces in-house in our workshop. We fabricate our own transportation and rigging solutions, as well as cut flightcase inserts and create scenic structures and branded set pieces.
CNC Services
We’ve invested heavily in our production facilities and now have an 8’ x 4’ CNC machine and manufacturing workshop, which provides custom cutting, branding, fabrication and flightcase inserts.
Custom Fabrication
Our facilities also include a steel fabrication and welding workshop. We’ve developed a range of our own products, including meat-rack and rigging components such as boom bases, tree clamps, floor stands and ground spikes.
Custom Rigging Solutions
We extend our rigging experience to help develop custom rigging solutions for venues and temporary installations. Working closely with structural engineers and equipment manufacturers, we find safe custom components that meet all required industry standards and certifications.
